My neighbor is Haitian. When I was hospitalized with COVID, my husband asked her to feed our cat. Not only did she come over to feed her, she cleaned our apartment and fed my husband every night. What if the pets were eaten by White American citizens instead? Would that be preferable? Because what I'm seeing here is that the Haitian part is far worse than the pet-eating part. I mean, they sure don't mind when Kristi Noem admits to killing her pets – puppy, goats, and horses. But a lie about Haitians, is what bothers them. ok.
